After all, glucosamine cream is usually more expensive than ordinary menthol cream so if you are one of those patients who are not receptive to external glucosamine, then purchasing ordinary menthol cream is money better spent. Also be careful when you select among various glucosamine creams. Some producers of glucosamine cream list the glucosamine as a non-active ingredient and if the producers do not want to support the effects, why would you as a consumer?

Absorbing glucosamine from the inside and out instead of from the outside is believed to be more effective, and that is why glucosamine cream is usually combined with either glucosamine liquid or glucosamine tablets. Never for any reason should glucosamine cream be eaten or in any other way consumed since many of the ingredients in creams are toxic when absorbed by the human abdomen.
